Michael Morton and David Morton’s ONE Steakhouse has curated a steakhouse spin on Cinco De Mayo with surf and turf tacos.
They will be available from Thursday, May 5 through Sunday, May 8.
The surf and turf tacos will feature New York strip steak with a roasted jalapeño rub alongside grilled lime and spice shrimp.
Recommended for pairing with this celebratory meal is the Smoked Peach Martini, made with Verás Joven Mezcal, Pallini Peachcello, and fresh lime juice.
This reimagined martini will bring a hint of smokiness and sweetness to balance the spice and citrus of the tacos.
ONE Steakhouse’s full menu will also be available. Executive Chef Patrick Munster brings his talents to preparing steaks to perfection at ONE Steakhouse.
ONE Steakhouse can be found just steps away from the hotel’s valet on Harmon Avenue. The restaurant is open daily at 5 pm.
