Tekka Bar Guest Chef Handroll Series at The Cosmopolitan

Tekka Bar, an original Japanese handroll and sake concept, located inside Block 16 Urban Food Hall at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, announces the introduction of its guest chef handroll series beginning today.

Throughout the year, various chef personalities will be invited to create specialty handrolls inspired by their own signature menu items and restaurant concepts from across the country. Each chef will have the opportunity to explore unique and creative culinary pairings that are both unexpected and enticing.

World-renowned chef José Andrés will kick off the guest chef series with two inventive handrolls with a twist, inspired by his Spanish tapas restaurant Jaleo. For every one of Andrés’ specialty rolls purchased, Tekka Bar will donate $1 to World Central Kitchen, a worldwide nonprofit organization dedicated to providing meals to those affected by natural disasters, and founded by Andrés himself. The two original handrolls will rotate weekly throughout the month of February.

Feb. 3 – 9: Chef José Andrés’ Jamón Roll $12
Jaleo’s signature jamón rolled with tomato and avocado, served with sherry dressing

Feb. 10 – 16: Chef José Andrés’ Gambas Roll $10
Shrimp, Jaleo’s signature Brava sauce, and garlic aioli, served with mojo rojo

Feb. 17 – 23: Chef José Andrés’ Jamón Roll $12

Feb. 24 – March 1: Chef José Andrés’ Gambas Roll $10
