Jeremy Womack: 2 Decades Documenting Vegas and LA

Jeremy Womack

For more than 20 years, Jeremy Womack has been documenting the pulse of Las Vegas. Originally from Los Angeles, he brought a native Californian’s eye to the desert and never really left. Most people know him now as the force behind Travelivery, but that’s really just the latest chapter in a much longer story about a guy who kept finding gaps in the market and kept building something to fill them.

From Nightlife to News

The story starts in 2000, when Jeremy packed up his life in LA and moved to Las Vegas without a single connection in the city. He figured out fast that if you wanted to make it here, people had to see you. So he set his sights on the Las Vegas Weekly, the go-to source for local culture at the time.

He noticed something small but telling. Everybody wanted to see themselves on the magazine’s “Vegas Scene” page, but print space could only fit about a dozen photos a week.

In 2004, years before anyone was throwing around the word “influencer,” he launched JeremyWomack.com to solve that exact problem. Every person he photographed in the clubs now had somewhere to actually find their picture. That simple fix turned him into one of the earliest names in digital nightlife photography, and he went on to shoot the Vegas Scene page as the sole photographer for several years, camera in hand through countless nights of velvet ropes and neon.

Then 2008 hit, and the recession changed everything overnight. Jeremy didn’t just ride it out. He pivoted. Businesses couldn’t always afford a professional photographer anymore, but they still needed to be found online. Drawing on years of PR and nightlife contacts, he started blogging about Las Vegas at a time when most of the local industry was still stuck on basic email newsletters. By combining serious photography with long-form digital writing, he built something that stood apart from the gallery sites everyone else was running.

Content Curator and Blogger

By 2013, Jeremy had outgrown the blog format. He launched Travelivery to go head to head with much bigger, better funded media outlets, betting that a smaller and more agile operation could deliver something more authentic. As the platform’s lead Content Curator, he built out a Business Directory alongside ongoing Entertainment and Travel coverage across Nevada and California.

The idea was never complicated: give readers the best of travel, straight and useful. That meant growing Travelivery from a personal blog into a full media brand, and it meant weathering a global pandemic that shut down the industry it covers. The site made it through, proof that a small, committed team can outwork a much larger one by staying closer to the ground. Today, Travelivery is a go-to resource for Las Vegas and Los Angeles, with more cities on the roadmap.

Photographer

Cameras have gone from film to digital since Jeremy started, but his instinct for the moment that matters hasn’t changed. Through Womack Photography, he’s spent over 20 years capturing the Southwest, from packed nightclubs to luxury resort openings to celebrity red carpets.

For Jeremy Womack, photography was never just a technical skill. It’s about earning access and holding onto trust. Two decades behind the lens have given him a real archive of how Las Vegas and Los Angeles have changed, shot on everything from high-end professional gear to whatever’s in his pocket. The tools shift. The focus on the story in the frame doesn’t.

Brand Strategist

Jeremy doesn’t just make content, he helps businesses figure out who they are. Drawing on what he’s learned scaling Travelivery and his own name into a brand, he works with companies that need more than a logo to stand out in markets as loud as Vegas and LA.

His approach comes down to one idea: brands have to keep evolving or they stall out. He helps clients spot that plateau and works through what comes next, whether that’s a new website, a sharper message, or a full pivot. His toolkit includes keyword strategy, high authority backlinking, and keeping a brand’s story consistent everywhere it shows up, so clients don’t just have a presence online; they actually own their niche.

Creative Solutions Specialist

Sometimes a business needs someone who can move between the creative and the technical without missing a beat. That’s where Jeremy’s Creative Solutions work comes in, built out of twenty plus years of running websites and hitting just about every problem a site can throw at you.

What that looks like in practice:

  • Content Recovery: Helping creators recover and rebuild years of lost content so their digital history doesn’t just disappear.
  • SEO: Writing long form, high volume content that ranks for competitive keywords and still reads well.
  • Multi-Format Integration: Bringing short video, long-form articles, and professional photography together into one experience instead of three disconnected ones.
  • Directory Architecture: Building and running directories that work both as a resource for readers and a lead generator for the businesses listed in them.

Every problem gets looked at twice, once as a creative question and once as a technical one.

The Evolution of the Jeremy Womack Brand

Redirecting JeremyWomack.com and WomackPhotography.com to Travelivery.com wasn’t an accident. It was a deliberate move toward consolidation. The early internet rewarded having a separate site for every interest. These days, the strongest brands are the ones that show the full range of the person running them.

Bringing his sites together under one roof turned Travelivery into a real creative hub, where photography, strategy, and curation all live in the same place. It lets Jeremy offer a fuller set of services while staying more direct and transparent with the people he works with. In a lot of ways, it’s a return to branding his own name, just with twenty more years of expertise behind it and a much wider view of where it’s headed.

Looking Forward

After years split between working in front of the camera as a photographer and behind the scenes as a strategist, Jeremy is back out front, expanding Travelivery by connecting his LA roots to his Las Vegas expertise. He still believes the Southwest isn’t just a place people pass through. It’s a living experience that deserves to be covered with care and a professional eye.

Part of that forward push includes a partnership with Shoply, a marketplace built to connect merchants and promoters. Jeremy uses the platform as a core piece of his Brand Strategy and Creative Solutions work, helping businesses simplify their digital sales and get in front of new audiences through targeted promotion. He sees it as a long-term piece of his broader mission: giving businesses real, modern tools for growth in a market that never sits still.

Looking ahead, Jeremy is focused on expanding into high quality video content and deeper news coverage, and on helping the next wave of brands find their own voice online. Thanks for being part of the journey, and for continuing to follow Travelivery.
