Bazaar Meat by José Andrés at SLS Las Vegas to Participate in ChefsGiving
Bazaar Meat by José Andrés at SLS Las Vegas will donate proceeds from its tasting menus to relief efforts benefitting North Bay fire victims during a weeklong ChefsGiving, Monday, Nov. 13 through Sunday, Nov. 19.
In partnership with Andrés’ Think Food Group, the industry-wide fundraiser aims to raise funds to help the damaged region of Northern California rebuild.
Ten dollars from every tasting menu sold throughout the benefit week will be donated to two supporting charities, Tipping Point Emergency Relief Fund and Restaurants Care; both with similar missions dedicated to providing assistance to California individuals in need.
Recently named “Best restaurant in Nevada” by Business Insider, Bazaar Meat’s tasting menus take guests on a multi-course culinary experience designed to showcase the signature offerings and renowned cuisine created by the James Beard award-winning chef.
