CRUSH eat, drink, love, will celebrate Valentine’s Day with Executive Chef Billy DeMarco’s four-course menu and optional wine pairing on Friday, February 14th, at the Morton’s newest restaurant inside the MGM Grand.

Priced at $65 per person, the ‘CRUSH On You’ prix fixe menu will feature four courses with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $25 per person. For a light starter, guests will enjoy the Baby Beet Salad served with Mascarpone cheese, pine nut brittle and petite arugula tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette. Diners may pair this course with Roederer Estate’s Anderson Valley sparkling wine. The second course will be Beef Carpaccio, served with petite greens, poached quail egg tossed in a truffle vinaigrette. Accompany the entrée with Beckstoffer’s 2012 Hogwash Grenache Rosé. The next course will feature a Poached Australian Lobster Tail served with roasted pumpkin puree and baby winter vegetables. The wine complement for the dish will be Jean-Michel Guillon’s 2008 Bourgogne Rouge burgundy.

Couples will finish the meal with Cupid’s White Chocolate Raspberry Bon Bons for dessert. The flirty treat is served with champagne cream and chocolate dipping sauce. Lovers will complete the night with the optional sweet pairing of Blandy’s Alvada five-year-old Madeira.
