Hakkasan Restaurant is reopening after an extensive renovation of the interior space and a completely re-engineered menu. The first day of operations will be Thursday, July 1.

“With the reopening of Hakkasan Restaurant being our first significant endeavor since the acquisition of Hakkasan Group, we knew this was our opportunity to create a distinctive Hakkasan dining experience that could only be found in Las Vegas,” said Jason Strauss, Co-CEO of Tao Group Hospitality. “We started that reimagination of Hakkasan Restaurant with a refreshed arrival experience upon entry to the main dining room and bar area which have been opened up to give it a social and community environment. With a menu that we’ve rebuilt from the top-down, Hakkasan Restaurant will now evolve to become that perfect pre-party, social gathering spot that we’ve envisioned it to become.”

With a reimagined menu that introduces new dishes while giving a refreshed taste to Hakkasan classics, this new spin to Hakkasan’s menu includes a variety of Dim Sum available a la carte; a raw bar featuring Oysters with caviar, Lobster Cocktails, and a Raw Seafood Tower; and new dishes including:

A-5 Wagyu Scallion Pancake with sweet cilantro soy, chili aioli
Crispy Guangdong Whole Lobster with crispy garlic, black bean chili soy
Tomahawk Steak 32oz aged bone-in ribeye, black garlic steak sauce

Not to be forgotten, for those familiar with Hakkasan’s signature dishes, the greatest hits return including:
