AMARI Italian Kitchen Boutique Retail & Wine Shop Now Open
AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, southwest Las Vegas’ much buzzed-about eatery serving reimagined Italian-American cuisine and a delightful diverse wine list, has announced that its much-anticipated boutique retail and wine shop experience is now open.
Located within the stunning UnCommons campus at Durango and I-215, AMARI’s restaurant, high-energy lounge, and accompanying retail and wine shop are now open daily.
With the opening, AMARI’s lauded cuisine, including house-made signature sauces, freshly baked bread, sandwiches, and salads, is now available to-go. AMARI’s expertly curated wine collection is available for purchase by the bottle and includes top-notch wines for any budget, along with an impressive variety of Amaros, available for purchase in packs of six and eight.
Guests can also special order hard-to-find wines as well as purchase liquor and beer. With this new addition, AMARI’s cuisine and wine can be enjoyed on the picturesque grounds of UnCommons, as well as at home, the office, or on a picnic. The retail and wine shop is open daily during regular restaurant hours.
AMARI Italian Kitchen is open for take-out, happy hour, and dinner daily.

AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, located at 6825 Tom Rodriguez St. Ste. 100 (see map below), off I-215 and Durango Drive, serves reimagined Italian-American cuisine at the new UnCommons campus in Southwest Las Vegas.
Open daily, AMARI presents a vibrant dining room, spacious patio, energetic lounge, and boutique retail and wine shop, presenting a delightful and diverse wine list – available for enjoying onsite or to-go. Spanning 4,600 square feet between the restaurant, bar, and patio, AMARI offers indoor and outdoor seating for 120 guests.
AMARI Italian Kitchen is open for dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday; noon to 3 p.m. daily for lunch take out and delivery; and 3 to 5:30 p.m. daily for happy hour. The wine shop is open daily during regular restaurant hours.
