Morton Group’s American grill, CRUSH at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will stir up a special Irish stew and whiskey cocktail for St. Patrick’s Day – available from Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March 17.

Executive Chef William DeMarco will prepare a flavorful Irish Stout Lamb Stew made with beer-braised lamb, purple potatoes and Thumbelina carrots, priced at $28. The Irish Julep cocktail, made with Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey, fresh mint and finished with sweet notes of organic honey, will be available for $15.
