After several weeks of honing the opening menu via takeout only service, Johnny C’s will invite guests to dine in beginning Saturday 5/16 8 am-3 p m. They will also be open for curbside pick up orders on Friday, during the same hours.

Blending his Midwestern roots with a career of honoring the best ingredients, Church creates nearly all elements of the breakfast and lunch menu in-house, from the corned beef and smoked pork to salad dressings, pickles, biscuits, and donut holes. Greens and herbs come from his own garden, as well as local suppliers including Desert Bloom and Herbs By Diane. Menu highlights include the Creme Brulee French Toast, Five Cheese Mac N Cheese (with a Cheez-Its crust), Thanksgiving Turkey Bob’s Burger (with truffle-mushroom stuffing and cranberry mayo) and the Hen House Fried Chicken Sandwich. Johnny C’s Diner proudly serves locally roasted Mothership Coffee.

Johnny C’s also offers twice-weekly take home “Finer Diner” dinner specials, reflecting his fine dining past, with an eye on expanding to dinner service in a few months.

“I’ve been lucky enough to cook with some of the best chefs in the world,” says Chef Church. “But right now I like the idea of just cooking food that makes people happy, with the best ingredients we can find.”

Per directives from the Governor of Nevada and SNHD, only parties of five or less will be seated together, all tables will be separated by 6 feet, and guests will be requested to respect social distancing protocols. All staff will wear masks, sanitize all tables in between each party, and follow other approved safety measures. Curbside pick up will still be available during open hours, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. daily. Reservations via phone at (702) 263-0146 are strongly recommended. Diners can be seated indoor or on the patio per availability.

Johnny C’s Diner is located at 8175 Arville Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89139
