Egg Sammie Opens in Southwest Las Vegas Today

Egg Sammie, the latest breakfast and lunch spot moving into southwest Las Vegas, has now opened its doors.

Hawaiian transplant, Chef Partner Brian Chan showcases his love for breakfast food and passion for cooking with his latest restaurant creation serving up fast-casual, creative breakfast sandwiches and clever side dishes in this imaginative new eatery.

“The most important meal of the day is typically the fastest meal of the day,” said Chan. “We wanted to create a spot that you can get your morning fix quickly and affordably, without sacrificing quality. And, I truly think we hit the nail on the head with Egg Sammie.”

Focused specifically on reconstructing the conventional breakfast sandwich, all Sammies are made with thick-cut brioche Texas toast baked in-house daily, with menu highlights that include The Fremont ($5.99) – soft-scrambled cage-free eggs, caramelized onions, fried provolone, and roasted garlic aioli; the Avocado Smash ($7.99) – grated hard-boiled cage-free egg, smashed avocado, torn radicchio, and cured lemon aioli; The Viking ($9.99) – griddled cage-free egg, Norwegian smoked salmon, shaved cucumber, red onion, and whipped goat cheese; and the Steak n’ Potatoes ($10.99) – parmesan soft-scrambled cage-free eggs, red wine braised beef short rib, crispy hash brown waffle, arugula, pickled red onions, and horseradish crema. Add-ons include Crispy Smashed Taters ($5.99) with Egg Sammie’s famous “crack sauce;” Cheesy Taters ($6.99) – cheesy mash potatoes spun with swiss and mozzarella, topped with a sous vide egg, chives, black salt, and served with a toasted baguette; and Croissant Beignets ($6.49) – covered in powdered sugar.

The yolk-inspired colorway pops and cracked-egg light fixtures pair with the simple white lines, and modern furniture, creating a bright and contemporary restaurant that offers ample seating for a quick bite and coffee, team co-working, family meals, or a casual brunch with friends.
