Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen spices things up by bringing back their very popular Ghost Pepper Wings.
Capturing the flavor of the elusive ghost pepper, Popeyes Bonafide® wings are marinated for 12-hours in an exotic blend of peppers, taking the intense flavor all the way to the bone. Then their tender, juicy, bone-in chicken wingettes, and drumettes are battered and breaded in a southern style crispy coating and fried up fresh. Six wings are served with one of our famous Buttermilk Biscuits and our Signature Buttermilk Ranch Dipping Sauce, available at participating locations for a limited time for only $3.99. Ghost Pepper Wings are also offered as a combo meal or a 12-piece offer.
“These are wings as only Popeyes can make them with a bold, spicy flavor that hearkens back to our Louisiana culinary heritage,” said Hector Munoz, Chief Marketing Officer – the U.S. “At Popeyes, we know that we set the culinary standard for bone-in chicken and new flavor adventures. Ghost Pepper Wings are another example of the restaurant is leading the way in innovation, quality, and value. We know our guests are going to love them.”
Ghost Pepper Wings harness the heat of the peppers in the marinade, giving the wings just the right amount of intensity. So feed your appetite for adventure — hurry in and taste the mystery that many have heard about, but very few have tried.
Ghost Pepper Wings are available at participating Popeyes locations. For more information and to find a location near you, visit their website.
