The evening kicked off with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Vegas Chamber to celebrate BOA’s Las Vegas debut. Owners Lee Maen and Philip Cummins were joined by Chief of Operations Sam Hallak, Director of Operations David Ficklen, Executive General Manager Johnny Seo, General Manager of BOA Sunset Andrew Ha, Vice President of Marketing Jill Peterson Dukes, Corporate Executive Chef Brendan Collins, and Local Executive Chef Alex Lopez to officially welcome BOA Steakhouse to the city.
Guests entered via a forest green carpet, mirroring the rich, earthy tones of the new venue, and stepped into a night of celebration among some of entertainment’s hottest names. Celebrity guests included JaNa Craig, Zac “Taylor” Woodworth and Josh “Goldy” Goldstein from “Love Island USA,” Nicole Young (“Selling Sunset”), Tatiana “Tati” McQuay (“Gordita Chronicles”), Gilles Marini (“Sex and the City”), Madi Monroe (“Zombie Town”), viral content creator and model Mia “Dio” Angelina Donadio Cancio, and model and TV personality Holly Madison.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed signature BOA bites, including tuna tartare, bone marrow, hamachi crudo, and sliced New York strip on crostini, along with curated food stations in the venue’s three private dining rooms, such as wagyu cigars and a stunning caviar display atop an ice sculpture. Sushi selections from sister restaurant Sushi Roku and a Vegas-themed dessert station rounded out the night’s offerings.
Guests mingled among neon-lit photo moments and a photo booth, while DJ Sara Simms kept the energy high. Violinist Adrianna Thurber Shaw, known for touring with Rod Stewart, added a touch of live artistry to the evening with her dynamic sets.

Signature cocktails flowed all night, including standout creations like “The Elit” made with Stoli Elit vodka and caviar-stuffed olives, and the “Smoke Show,” a smoked Old Fashioned that let guests choose their preferred level of smokiness.
“Las Vegas has always been a natural fit for BOA,” said Lee Maen, founder and co-CEO of IDG. “We’ve created a space that feels both elevated and energetic, a place where incredible food, striking design, and the unmistakable excitement of Vegas all come together. This opening represents not just a new location, but a new chapter for BOA.”
Celebrities were enthusiastic about the night. Gilles Marini called it “one of the best parties ever,” praising the food and atmosphere. Nicole Young, a vegan, said she was pleasantly surprised by the variety of plant-based options and loved that she could enjoy a full vegan dining experience. Josh “Goldy” Goldstein, a fitness coach and steak enthusiast, was impressed by the steak selection and eager to explore BOA’s offerings.
JaNa Craig shared that she used to crave BOA Steakhouse while living in Los Angeles and was thrilled to finally have a Vegas location, adding that she plans to return often with friends and family. Though she typically prefers off-Strip dining, she said the restaurant’s stunning design and incredible food make BOA “worth the drive.”
Located at Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian Resort, BOA Steakhouse is open for dinner nightly at 5 p.m. and features signature dry-aged steaks, A5 wagyu, and innovative tableside presentations that redefine the modern steakhouse experience in Las Vegas.
