sixth + mill, the popular pizzeria and bar in Downtown Los Angeles, opens its second location at Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian Resort on September 6.
Created by Matteo Ferdinadi and Chef Angelo Auriana of Factory Place Hospitality Group, sixth+mill joins sister restaurant Factory Kitchen to serve a high-quality and handmade Southern Italian menu including Neapolitan-style pizzas, pasta, and seasonal plates, all specially crafted to reflect early memories in the kitchen from Chef Angelo’s childhood in Italy.

sixth+mill ristorante, pizzeria and bar is a Southern Italian risto-pizzeria inspired by the cuisine of regions of Italy including Campagna, Puglia, Sicily, Calabria. The restaurant is located in St. Mark’s Square inside The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort.
Chef Angelo Auriana’s father is from Avellino by Naples and restaurateur Matteo Ferdinandi’s Great Grandfather is from Campagna, so this restaurant is a family reconnection to the regions of Southern Italy for both partners of Factory Place Hospitality Group.
