MB Steak’s Bachelorette Party Menu
MB Steak at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas has introduced a bachelorette party menu for brides-to-be and their besties to enjoy a four-course tasting menu of signature selections.
The menu, created by Executive Chef Patrick Munster, is priced at $45 per person. The dinner will begin with a prosecco toast for the table.
MB Steak’s Bachelorette Menu includes:
First Course:
– Tastings of:
- tuna poke with wasabi soy, pickled cucumbers, and avocado puree
- Maine lobster bisque with brandy, tarragon and crème fraiche
- heirloom tomato and burrata salad with aged balsamic, arugula pesto and spiced almond
Second Course:
– petite Caesar made with baby romaine, house dressing, and sourdough croutons
Third Course:
– Choice of:
- fennel-crusted salmon served with marble potatoes and lobster butter
- Mary’s chicken breast with crispy skin and black truffle reduction
- filet mignon served with truffle mushroom grits
Dessert:
– triple chocolate truffle cake served with chocolate fudge sauce and fresh raspberries.
Recommended pairings for the bachelorette party menu include selections from MB Steak’s wine list, along with premium spirits and craft cocktails, such as The Magic Mike, made with raspberry infused Born & Bred vodka, sparkling rosé, and strawberry topped with cotton candy.
