Elizabeth Blau Hosts Farm Table Dinner to Launch New Honey Salt Cookbook
Fresh from launching the world-renowned Parq Vancouver, James Beard nominees Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla return to Vegas with the unveiling of a new endeavor, the first-ever Honey Salt cookbook, Honey Salt Food & Drink – A Culinary Scrapbook.
The cookbook and the culinary power couple’s love of the culinary tastes of the East Coast come together for a special Farm Table dinner on Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 6:30 p.m. with a Cape Cod-inspired fete at the beloved Vegas restaurant. Tickets to the Honey Salt Farm Table dinner are required and are available for $59 per person with an optional wine pairing for an additional $25. Tickets are available online the Honey Salt website.
Based on family, fun, and food, Honey Salt Food & Drink– A Culinary Scrapbook will be available for purchase during a special event on Tuesday, August 28 from 4 – 6 p.m. at the restaurant (1031 S. Rampart Blvd.) with Elizabeth Blau herself as she hosts a special book signing launch party. The book signing is open to the public with the purchase of the cookbook.

Influenced by the countless meals they have shared in their own home over the years, Honey Salt Food and Drink invites readers to share journeys through Cape Cod, Vancouver, Santa Barbara, the Okanagan and Italy as Blau and Canteenwalla hunt for truffles, pick berries and dig for clams; each with recipes that have inspired this restaurant’s one-of-a-kind menu. More than just a cookbook, there are sections dedicated to their son Cole, hosting a dinner party and fresh, seasonal cocktails. Featuring a changing menu of seasonally-inspired comfort food, Farm Table dinners are served family-style and showcase unique beverage pairings, as well as occasional special guests.
