Las Vegas’ beloved neighborhood restaurant, DW Bistro, is reopening its dining room today, Wednesday, June 10, after nearly three months of being closed due to the COVID-19 shutdown.

With the re-opening comes new hours, a new all-day menu, as well as new policies. Reducing capacity in the dining room, and wearing masks and gloves are just a few of the ways the team is complying with the CDC and Governor’s Sisolak’s re-opening guidelines, creating a safe dining experience for the community.

Opening Wednesdays through Fridays from 12pm to 8pm, DW Bistro will open with its new all-day menu for lunch and dinner featuring signature dishes including the Chicken or Vegetable Curry Bowl and the Chicken Sandwich – now with the option for jerk, grilled or fried chicken. Reservations for weekday dine-in experiences are highly encouraged and are available on the website.

DW Bistro will also reopen for its wildly popular weekend brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 3pm. The brunch menu features favorites such as the Fried Chicken & Waffles and Chilaquiles, and now, instead of all-day mimosas, guests are able to purchase bottles of Totts Champagne plus DW’s signature accoutrement for just $30.

For the first time in 10 years, DW Bistro is offering reservations for parties of any size for weekend brunch. DW will charge a $10 per person reservation hold that will be automatically applied to the check upon closing out. Reservations for weekend brunch are also available on the website.

In addition to dine-in experiences, DW Bistro’s patio is open for small groups, and curbside catering is still an option for anyone who wants to enjoy DW at home.

“We are excited to welcome the community back to our home,” said DW Bistro Owner Bryce Krausman. “Sure, there are changes, but these changes are not forever, they’re just for now, and we are committed to providing the best DW experience to all who enter our doors and continue to support us in whatever way they can.”

DW Bistro is open Wednesday through Friday from 12 pm to 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm. For more information, visit the website, follow on Instagram, and like on Facebook.

About DW Bistro

A Las Vegas original and one of the city’s most popular off-Strip restaurants, DW Bistro offers a mix of Jamaican, New Mexican, and New American cuisine to tourists and locals alike. Opening 10 years ago, Bryce Krausman and Dalton Wilson looked to introduce a neighborhood spot where anyone who walked through the doors was among friends. Today, DW Bistro is just that. A marriage of flavors like jerk spice and green chilies, DW Bistro is boldly flavored yet simply prepared, in a bright and inviting setting.
