The dining room is constructed almost entirely of Costa Rican Padouk wood, has been designed to create a warm, welcoming environment within a unique and vibrant design. The high-energy bar and lounge offers a full menu and specilaty cocktails. This mix creates an atmosphere that is exciting and innovative, while maintaining a level of warmth and comfort, cultivating a repeat clientele within Bellagio and the community.
Fix creates an elegant take on some old classics. Burgers, tacos, sandwiches, and more are presented with world-class style. Nothing less than you would expect from a Bellagio restaurant. Appetizers include crab cakes, soups, salads, and much more. Even their French fries are prepared with a gourmet touch. The restaurant is casual and welcoming with a high-energy bar that is always moving in full swing.
Some favorites include the sliders appetizer, lobster tacos, and the warm donuts for dessert. For your entrée try the scallops prepared with fresh spinach, bacon, and a delicious hollandaise sauce. Grilled salmon is cooked perfectly and served on a bed of rice. The bar at Fix offers several different types of martinis. The pomegranate martini is highly recommended.
However, if you are in the mood for something adventurous, try a cucumber martini. Yes, it actually tastes like cucumbers! Everything is served a la carte and portions are relatively small so you can try a little of everything. Side items include lobster mash, onion rings, mini loaded baked potatoes, and even tater tots! Fix is a little more casual than some of the other restaurants in the Bellagio but the quality of food does not suffer at all.
