CRUSH eat, drink, love at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino has introduced new menu selections as well as brand-new seasonal cocktails just in time for the cooler weather.

Guests may get a little toasty with fall flavored cocktails including: Italian Love Affair, made with Solerno orange liqueur and a splash of whisky, topped with chilled Prosecco and garnished with an orange; Wild at Heart, made with Wild Turkey 101, Aromatic bitters, barrel-aged bitters and sugar, which are all aged together in a barrel, and then served with a splash of soda and garnished with an orange and cherry; and Cassandra’s Elixir, made with Old Overholt Rye, Grand Marnier, Carpano Antica, Benedictine and two dashes of chocolate bitters.

Created by Corporate Executive Chef Billy DeMarco diners also may nosh on new menu items including: French Onion Soup with Gruyére cheese, thyme and a baguette, priced at $9; Australian Lamb Chops with pine nut pesto and sweet potatoes, priced at $18; Beef Hanger Steak with crostini and topped with au Poivre sauce, priced at $19; and the Beef Filet with braised rutabaga and Brussels sprouts, priced at $20.
