La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will invite guests to usher in the new year with an exquisite five-course meal with the option to add the sommelier’s hand-picked wine pairings, on Sunday, Dec. 31.

Available exclusively from 6 to 11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, La Cave’s celebratory New Year’s Eve dinner will feature a first course of tuna tartare with pickled cucumbers, yuzu kosho and avocado mousse, paired with Riley’s Rows Sauvignon Blanc from North Coast, CA, followed by a second course of bucatini pasta with Alaskan king crab and miso butter served with Domaine de Montvac Gigondas from Rhône Valley, France.

The third course will consist of Chilean sea bass served with poached asparagus and lobster butter, paired with Domaine Georges Pauchon Sancerre from Loire Valley, France. Guests will then be served Snake River Farms Wagyu striploin with potato croquette, sweet onion puree, and au poivre sauce to complement Renato Ratti, “Marcenasco” Barolo from Piedmont, Italy. The meal will conclude with crème fraiche berry cheesecake made with strawberry champagne rose gelée for dessert accompanied by Château Gilette, “Les Justices”, Sauternes from Bordeaux, France.

This decadent prix fixe feast will be priced at $225 per person. The sommelier’s wine pairings can be included to elevate the experience for an additional $85. 

La Cave’s full brunch menu will also be available from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. Seating for the prix fixe dinner service will begin at 6 p.m., with the last seating at 11 p.m. Reservations are highly encouraged and available now by calling 702.770.3607 or online

Famed restaurateurs Jenna and Michael Morton introduced La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway in 2010 to bring the exploration of wine and flavorful cuisine together in a picturesque atmosphere.
