There’s only one Sir Rod Stewart, and last night, the rock legend proved exactly why. After bringing down the house with a packed performance of “The Encore Show” at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, the two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and Wolfie’s Whisky co-founder kept the celebration rolling just down the hall at the hip new rock lounge, Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar.

The British rock icon shocked partygoers when he jumped on stage with all-star house band Radio Xx, launching into a surprise mini set that included “Maggie May,” “Ooh La La” and “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You.” Backed by an all-star group of musicians, including Ben Carey (Lifehouse, Savage Garden), Bryce Soderberg (Lifehouse), Toby Rand (Rockstar: Supernova), and powerhouse drummer Al Seratto, Stewart transformed the intimate lounge into a full-blown rock show.

Joined by his glamorous backup singers, Stewart raised a glass to two years of Wolfie’s success and to the thrilling extension of his groundbreaking Las Vegas residency. Before leaving the stage, Stewart was presented with a cake modeled after his award-winning Wolfie’s Whisky.

Stewart also stepped behind the bar alongside his partner in Wolfie’s, Duncan Frew, serving shots of the signature spirit to lucky guests. Throughout the night, guests sipped on signature cocktails inspired by Stewart’s greatest hits, including the “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” (a sweet-and-tangy mix of orange, lime, and honey) and the “Forever Young” (a bold, bittersweet twist with vermouth, Campari, and cherry). The evening also featured Wolfie’s & Tonics, refined Old Fashioneds, and plenty of bottle service fit for rock royalty.
