Caspians at Caesars Palace Welcomes The Sailing Club on 4/3
Caspians Cocktails & Caviar, the new caviar bar and live music speakeasy from Clique Hospitality, is bringing smooth grooves and retro glam to Caesars Palace for a night of yacht rock celebration starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 3.

Whether in town for the cinema convention or simply craving the cool breeze of soft rock classics, guests are invited to drop anchor at Caspians for “The Sailing Club” – an evening of breezy rhythms, elevated bites, and sun-soaked sophistication. The night will open with an acoustic set before Radical West hits the stage at 10:30 p.m., setting sail on a sea of sound featuring hits from Christopher Cross, Steely Dan, The Doobie Brothers, Kenny Loggin,s and more.
Between swaying and singing along to yacht rock favorites, guests can elevate the evening with Caspians menu of inventive caviar bites including the signature Caspians Chips & Dip, Kaluga caviar with house-made French onion dip served with Pringles for a rebellious twist, or gold leaf-topped potato latkes and deviled eggs with yuzu aioli, sriracha and crispy shallots, both topped with caviar.

To add to the relaxed vibe, Caspians offers a suite of rockin’ craft cocktails. Guests can sip on the summery Feet in the Sand, a tropical blend of coconut-washed Patrón Silver tequila, Cointreau, banana liqueur, orgeat, lemon, lime, pineapple, and bitters, with a toasted coconut sugar rim; or keep things cool with the Modern Glam, a sparkling mix of Monkey 47 Gin, honey syrup, pomegranate and prosecco, lined with a pom-sugar rim; among others.
The cocktail lounge at Caspians is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, with the kitchen closing at midnight nightly. The live music speakeasy is open from 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 6 p.m. – 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
