Borracha Mexican Cantina, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, Nevada will bring the heat this Valentine’s Day with specialty dishes and cocktails beginning at 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 14.
Borracha’s Valentine’s Day menu will include grilled Spanish octopus with chorizo, potatoes, jalapeño aioli, and micro-cilantro; lobster and crab enchiladas with Maine lobster, crab, and roasted tomatillo salsa verde; and red velvet flan with strawberry coulis for dessert. Romantic cocktails include the Heat of the Moment, made with Espolón Reposado tequila, passion fruit, Fresno chili, lime, and agave nectar, served in a glass with a cinnamon sugar rim. Borracha’s full menu will also be available.

Bringing flavorful Mexican cuisine and cocktails together at Green Valley Ranch, Clique Hospitality’s Mexican cantina features a Dia de los Muertos-inspired setting. Borracha is open 4 – 10 p.m. from Monday – Thursday; 4 – 11 p.m. from Friday; noon – 11 p.m. Saturday; and 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Sunday.

About Green Valley Ranch
Green Valley Ranch is a hotel and casino located within Henderson, Nevada. It is owned and operated by Station Casinos, and includes a 143,891 sq ft (13,367.9 m2) casino. The resort was initially proposed by American Nevada Corporation, which received city approval to build it in 1996.
The resort includes various restaurants, a Regal Cinemas movie theater, and a spa.
In addition to a hotel-casino, the company also planned to build a mixed-use project to accompany it. The mixed-use project opened on adjacent property in 2004, as The District at Green Valley Ranch. A hotel expansion opened in 2005, increasing the room count to 497. Station took over full ownership of the resort in June 2011.
