Americana Las Vegas Celebrates Thanksgiving

Americana Las Vegas at Desert Shoes has announced their Thanksgiving Day meal service for November 26, 2020.

The restaurant will offer a consistent menu from noon until 9 p.m. on that day, with several seating times available by reservation. 

Diners can customize their three-course holiday meal.

First Course

Bibb Lettuce Salad (vegan optional) -or- Winter Truffle Soup

Second Course 

Herb Rubbed Turkey Breast

Grilled Petite Ribeye Steak

Spaghetti Squash (vegan)

-or- 

Oven Roasted Chilean Sea Bass

Third Course

Pumpkin Cheesecake -or- Pecan Tart

The meal is priced at $75/pp plus tax and gratuity. Wine, beer & cocktails available at additional cost. 

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols and limited occupancy, guests are required to make reservations during allotted time slots. Available time slots include 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., and 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Reservations of 2-6 people may be made online or by calling the restaurant. Larger parties should call the restaurant directly to discuss accommodations.

About Americana Las Vegas and Chef Stephen Blandino

Americana takes its inspiration from the many cultures that make up our diverse nation, bringing ingredient-driven casual fine dining to the Desert Shores community in Las Vegas. Chef Stephen Blandino is a New York native and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. After a year working under Charlie Palmer at Aureole in New York, Blandino moved to Las Vegas to work at Aureole Las Vegas and worked his way from line cook to Executive Chef at Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons Las Vegas. In 2016, Chef Stephen opened Americana at Desert Shores to bring his ingredient-driven creative American cuisine to suburban Las Vegas.
