One Steakhouse, from acclaimed restaurateurs and brothers Michael Morton and David Morton, located at the exhilarating Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will welcome rodeo fans during the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR).
The decadent steakhouse will offer a smoked old-fashioned cocktail and its famed cowboy cut bone-in ribeye, available Wednesday, Dec. 1 through Saturday, Dec. 11.
Executive Chef Patrick Munster brings his talents to preparing steaks and other selections to perfection for NFR fans with the Cowboy Cut, a juicy 24-ounce USDA Prime Certified Black Angus bone-in ribeye.
Guests may pair the steak dinner with a smoked old-fashioned cocktail, handcrafted with Pendleton Whisky, bitters, garnished with a cherry, and finished in a smoke box filled with aromatic smoke.
Other One Steakhouse favorites will also be available including reimagined surf and turf selections; mouthwatering Japanese Satsuma Wagyu; baked short rib rigatoni, made with whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce, and basil; and citrus-cured Hamachi topped with sweety drop pepper puree and jalapeno.
Munster’s signature “Tomahawk Feast” is a dry-aged, 16-lb USDA prime tomahawk steak, carved tableside for 10-12 people. To accompany any of its masterfully designed dishes, One Steakhouse stocks a broad range of wines selected and curated by wine director, Anthony Ramirez.
One Steakhouse is open daily at 5 p.m. and can be found just steps away from the hotel’s valet on Harmon Avenue. Reservations may be made by calling 702-522-8111 or visiting their website.
