Nobu Hotel & Restaurant Caesars Palace was not only the world’s first Nobu Hotel but also marked the first time that the world-renowned chef and hotelier, Nobu Matsuhisa, introduced an in-room dining menu. Available 24/7, the celebrated chef has added a variety of new dishes including several items to the first-ever Nobu breakfast menu. Enjoy the healthy and fruity Açaí “Donburi,” made with banana, kiwi, berries, homemade Nobu granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, yuzu honey, and micro shiso. Additionally, the Nobu Avocado Toast 3-points Sampler features a poached egg; salmon “pastrami” with tofu crema, red onion, cilantro and capers; and fresh strawberry balsamic pearls with gold flakes. Chef Nobu offers a new take on the omelet with Shiro Tamago, an egg white omelet with spinach, mushrooms and extra virgin olive oil. Guests will also discover new lighter fare and late-night options including smoothies, chicken and green tea waffles, and fried umami chicken – each exclusively available when staying in a well-appointed room at Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s restaurant at Caesars Palace is not only one of the largest Nobu restaurants around the globe, but it also features the first Nobu Teppanyaki tables in the United States. Perfect for group dining, the three semi-private teppanyaki tables offer an interactive way for guests to enjoy signature dishes prepared on a hot iron grill, right before their eyes. The Nobu Teppanyaki tables offer a signature set menu, Nobu Kokoro, for $124 and a premium set menu, Nobu Hoshi, for $190. Guests can also create their own custom teppanyaki menu from the vast a la carte menu. Some favorites offered are the premium Japanese imported A5 Wagyu, Chilean seabass, foie gras, and many more options.
Japanese Whisky Flight and Bites
Exclusively available at the Nobu Restaurant Bar inside Caesars Palace, Japanese Whisky Flight and Bites features an impressive pairing of three types of Japanese whisky with three premium Nobu bites. Based on availability and seasonality, the pairings offer either a Wagyu menu featuring premium Japanese imported A5 Wagyu beef or a seafood menu. Both menus will include three, one-ounce pairings of a variety of Japanese whisky. Available at Nobu Restaurant Bar all night, both menus are priced at $65.
