December 11 is the third anniversary of the Flamingo Road opening, which is where the restaurant relocated when their original Sahara Ave. location closed. This will mark the first time Lotus of Siam will be operating at *both* locations concurrently. The Flamingo Road location was closed earlier this year due to rain damage and roof issues.

To mark the occasion, Lotus of Siam for the first time will be presenting three new prix fixe menus, designed to heighten the dining experience and help navigate Lotus of Siam’s legendarily extensive menu:

  • The Signature Menu: Several courses of Lotus of Siam’s most popular dishes.
  • The Northern Thai Menu: Chef Saipin’s version of a “typical” Northern Thai meal, highlighting her home region.
  • Family Favorites: The dishes Chef Saipin’s family requests most!

These new menus will be available at both locations (as well as the current full menu), and also available to go from both locations. Lotus of Siam offers a downloadable app that makes to go/delivery ordering easy and low contact.

The Flamingo location also features a full bar stocked with premium spirits and will be releasing a new cocktail menu soon.  The restaurant has also fully restored their Wine Spectator-awarded wine cellar, best known for an extensive selection of Rieslings.

“We are very excited to reopen Flamingo, which will help us serve more customers during the current capacity restrictions, as well as get more of our faithful staff family back to work,” said family owner Penny Chutima. “We created the new signature menus to better help diners discover some of our more interesting dishes.”

As with the Sahara location, the Flamingo location will reopen following extensive safety protocols that meet and exceed the directives set by the State of Nevada and the Southern Nevada Health District. Reservations are required and can be made through the website or via phone.

About Lotus of Siam
