In support of their extensive practices to combat COVID-19, Lotus of Siam has released its own ordering app, available for iPhone and Android systems.
Built-in collaboration with ChowNow, the app offers contactless ordering and payment options for both delivery and pickup of Lotus of Siam’s award-winning Thai specialties, including the popular garlic prawns, nam kao tod, crispy duck khao soi, and dozens of more selections. Ordering is available during regular business hours, and users who download and order before Oct 31, 2020, will receive 10% off their first order.
Lotus of Siam has also announced that effective October 5, they will be restoring weekday lunch hours at the Sahara (Commercial Center) location, 11 a.m.-2:30 pm. Monday-Friday. Dinner hours remain at 5 p.m.-10 p.m. daily. Reservations are always recommended.
The world-famous restaurant has also added original sake and wine-based cocktails to it’s beverage list, along with several non-alcoholic “mocktail” selections.
“As we continue to follow the safest protocols possible, we are excited to expand service for our loyal customers,” said co-owner Penny Chutima. “The new ordering app makes the process much simpler and worry-free. We know many were eager to visit for lunch, and we’re thrilled to be expanding hours. The cocktails are just a nice alternative to our extensive wine and beer selections.”
Lotus of Siam marked their 20th year of operations at the end of 2019. Renovations on the restaurant were completed just before the state of Nevada declared the Covid-19 quarantine on March 17. Currently the second location at 620 E. Flamingo Rd. is undergoing renovations, to be completed imminently.
