ABOUT THERAPY

Therapy offers progressive, yet approachable American cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails. The 4,100-square-foot American gastro-lounge features an expansive menu for sharing, as well as large plate selections, executed by Executive Chef Talen Lancaster. In fact, the innovative menu has received widespread attention including a feature on “Food Paradise” on the Travel Channel for the famous Red Velvet & Fried Chicken Waffles and Fried MacnCheese croquettes with bacon tomato jam and aioli sauce. Therapy is also featured in the Lip Smacking Foodie Tours.

Therapy features a menu highlighted by ingredient-driven selections such as the signature ‘In the Gnudi,’ a baked ricotta with truffle honey and fig jam, roasted almonds; ‘Devils on Horseback,’ bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with almonds and truffle goat cheese and topped with romesco sauce; the ‘Big Sexy Burger,’ loaded with Boston bibb lettuce, marinated tomato, brie and scallion mayonnaise; and a Kurobuta bone-in pork chop with grilled peach compote, mustard mash and pork jus; among others. Desserts will include a cast-iron s’mores, sorbet trio and carrot cake. Therapy’s menu is ideal for large groups, offering a menu combining shareable social plates and classic dishes with an urban twist.

Owned by Jared Weiss and the Sig Rogich family and developed by MotionCorp, Therapy’s design combines modern features with the original “bones” of the historic building, integrating the classic Las Vegas appeal of Downtown Las Vegas. An exposed ceiling reveals vaulted 26-foot-tall wooden barrel ceilings, the same height as the second level, 600-square-foot loft that overlooks the main dining room and bar. The 32-foot bar frames the main dining room and is host to more than 40 craft beers and 10 draft beers and an array of signature cocktails including mango and lychee frozen sangria, ‘Devil’s Eyes’ made with lucid absinthe and MB anisette with fresh mint; and the ‘Forget About It’ made with rum, fresh tropical juices and a hint of raspberry; among others. The architectural elements make Therapy an ideal location for large groups, offering tables that can seat anywhere from six to twenty guests.

Bring your family, friends or colleagues and sip, savor and share Therapy’s delicious offerings. The bar atmosphere expands as the night progresses, transforming into a chic lounge on weekend nights.

Therapy has become one of Downtown Las Vegas’ top dining destinations at 518 E.
