The Broken Yolk Cafe Celebrates Grand Opening
The Broken Yolk Cafe celebrated the grand opening of its first Las Vegas location today at Town Square by giving fans free pancakes for a year, along with an official pancake flip by The Broken Yolk Cafe CEO John Gelastopoulos, Las Vegas franchise owner Randy Corrigan and partner Barry Tu.
Hundreds of breakfast and brunch enthusiasts lined up before the doors opened at 6 a.m. for their chance to receive one of 100 Golden Pancake Cards, good for free pancakes once a week for an entire year. Guests then enjoyed everything from traditional bacon and eggs to Broken Yolk Cafe signature dishes, including Tiki Toast, Golden State Benedict, Fiesta Burrito, Vegas-only specialty cocktails and more.
Keeping with the restaurant’s whimsical personality, Gelastopoulos, Corrigan
“The Broken Yolk Cafe is perfect for Las Vegas,” said Corrigan. “We’re excited to be here in Town Square and look forward to bringing our high-quality, homemade food to the community. Start your day with a good meal, refreshing drink and come hang out with us.”
Clark County also honored the restaurant with an official proclamation on behalf of County Commissioner Michael Naft welcoming the new restaurant to Town Square.
