Sandwich Menu at La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway
Corporate Executive Chef Billy DeMarco puts his spin on the lunch sandwich at La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas, available Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Guests may now enjoy lunchtime sandwich favorites including: spicy pulled pork with Nueske’s bacon, dill pickles, Swiss cheese and sweet garlic mustard, priced at $16; vegetarian heirloom tomato with fresh mozzarella, basil and pepperoncini olive tapenade, priced at $12; Italiano with hot cappicola, sopressata, Manchego cheese, arugula and pickled red onions, priced at $15; chicken milanese with avocado, heirloom tomatoes, Swiss cheese and Sriracha aioli, priced at $14; and New York Steak with caramelized onions, Gruyére cheese and garlic mustard aioli, priced at $19. All sandwiches will be served with taro root chips.

The Morton Group, led by Michael and Jenna Morton, opened La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway in 2010 as a venue designed for the exploration of wine, complemented with delectable dishes.
