Former “girl next door” Bridget Marquardt hosted a haunted evening at Eva Longoria Parker’s Eve nightclub in Crystals at CityCenter on Saturday night. The blonde bombshell and boyfriend, Nick Carpenter, threw a spooky-themed Halfway to Halloween Party inside the nightclub. The sweethearts went as a dead bride and groom, donning macabre wedding attire, gruesome face paint and a gory wedding cake to match. Costume-clad celebrities guests included Holly Madison, star of “Holly’s World,” taking it back to her roots in a Hooters uniform and former “Baywatch” beauty and star of FANTASY at Luxor, Angelica Bridges, dressed as friend and fellow redhead-performer Carrot Top.

Marquardt and Carpenter dined at Longoria Parker’s celebrated steakhouse, Beso, before traipsing the red carpet in full costume. A Halloween fanatic with plans for her own line of costumes in the works, Marquardt said she had tons of fun making their gory attire – purchasing a brand-new wedding dress and vintage tuxedo, and completely destroying them. “We soaked the dress in grey dye, dragged it across the backyard and in the street,” she said. Despite Twitter rumors of an actual wedding, the couple stated that there were no wedding plans in the near future. “We figured we would try it dead first and see how things went,” said Carpenter.

The Hollywood couple also discussed plans for a reality television show this summer that would highlight their lives, moving into a new house together, and Marquardt’s aspiring goals to start her own party planning business.

In true wedding fashion, the dead bride and groom participated in a not-so-traditional cake cutting, featuring an elaborate custom-made cake with blood spatter, cobwebs and a dead bride and headless-groom cake topper, created by Gimme Some Sugar. Marquardt and Carpenter took turns feeding each other cake – Carpenter ensuring that his bride wore more on her face than what went in her mouth. The gruesome bride made sure to spread the wedding fortune onto a future bride and groom with a customary bouquet and garter toss to two lucky partygoers. After the “wedding,” the costume-clad couple enjoyed the rest of the evening, dancing the night away with friends in Eve’s VIP section.

The packed crowd of revelers enjoyed the “spooktacular” event, which included an elaborate display of gory decorations and haunted visual displays on Eve’s state-of-the-art digital projector screens. The haunted evening also featured a costume contest in which $3,000 cash was awarded to the top three costumes. “Shrek,” a replica “Predator” from the 1987 Schwarzenegger flick, and a spot-on impersonation of Michael Jackson took the top three spots.
