Fun La Dolce Vita Event at Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca – 2/23

Lovers of life and Italy are invited to Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, for La Dolce Vita, a night of live music, specialty cocktails, and Italian cuisine from 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23.

About La Dolce Vita

La Dolce Vita will be the first event of its kind at Bottiglia. Guests will be swept away to the Italian countryside with the sweet sounds of live music by Antonia Murro and Madelin Alonso while sipping on cocktails made for the special occasion. The featured libations include an Italian margarita crafted with Fleche Azul reposado, lime juice, and limoncello; an Aperol spritz made with Aperol, soda water, and sparkling wine; and a negroni featuring Auntory Roku Japanese gin, Campari, Martini Rossi Reservation Rubino sweet vermouth, all priced at $18. 

Artfully created by Bottiglia’s executive chef, Alessandro Capuano, guests to La Dolce Vita will also be able to enjoy a special dinner crafted to make life sweeter. All Tuscan inspired, guests will get to choose from mussels with pasta, beans, and tomato sauce, priced at $32; pizza Italiano made with spicy soppressata, jalapeños, shaved parmesan, and hot honey, priced at $22; or ossobuco made with Italian cabbage, polenta and au jus, priced at $42.

About Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca is located within Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson, serving sophisticated Tuscan-style fare in a bright and lively setting. The menu is bountiful with antipasti, salads, fresh fish, and specialty pasta dishes complemented with wines from all around the world.

Bottiglia is open from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; 4 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
