Brittaney Starr’s DJ Spotlight – New Album Counting Starrs
Celebrity DJ and singer/songwriter Brittaney Starr has multiple dimensions of talent and covers many genres in her new album.
Her diversity allows her cross-over star power to connect with all demographics. From her electro-pop, 80’s mash-ups to her progressive house DJ-mixes to her all original 12 track disc coming out this fall called, ‘Counting Starrs’.
This album resembles a bit of Alicia Keys, Nora Jones, Sheryl Crow, and a touch of Rhianna all wrapped up in Brittaney’s own sophisticated eclectic sound while pushing the sexual tensions in her music that bring forth the future sound of this rising talent. Her own independent label, Sex Kitten Music was created in 2006 and she is now working on developing other artists and her own clothing/apparel line due out in the fall.
