FARM 24-7 Has a New Classic Cafe Fare Menu
FARM 24-7, Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa’s 24-hour farm-to-table eatery, has introduced new classic café fare menu items starting at $10.
New breakfast menu items include a Breakfast Burrito made with two scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, potatoes and ranchero sauce with a choice of bacon, ham, sausage or pasilla chiles; and Salmon Benedict made with poached eggs, smoked salmon, Canadian bacon, a toasted English muffin, hollandaise sauce and country potatoes.
Guests may enjoy a fun new Spinach and Artichoke Dip appetizer along with lunch and dinner entrée options including: a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, made with grilled chicken strips and served on a bed of white rice and stir-fried vegetables topped with teriyaki sauce; Herb Crusted Salmon served with steamed white rice and seasonal vegetables; the Chicken Tender Entrée with french fries; Monster Nachos, the perfect combination of tortilla chips topped with creamy cheese sauce, jalapenos, refried beans, red ranchero sauce, sour cream and guacamole; Grilled Cheese; a Garden Burger; a pan-sautéed Pork Chop served with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes; and a BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. A Cobbler dessert is now available made of the fruit-filling of the day with streusel topping served hot with vanilla ice cream.

FARM 24-7 opened in late 2013 and uses ingredients hand-picked from local farms such as Cowboy Trail Farm, Gilcrease Orchard and The Farm, among others. The cozy diner serves breakfast from 6 to 11 a.m., lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and a moonlight menu from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
