Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, will offer brunch with bottomless rosé and a live DJ for Galentine’s Day on Saturday, February 12, 2022.

Hearthstone’s brunch menu includes dishes such as the California Benedict with roasted tomato, smashed avocado, sliced chicken breast, poached egg, hollandaise sauce, and breakfast potatoes; the Loco Moco with fried rice, a grilled hamburger patty, black pepper gravy, and a fried egg; breakfast pizza with bacon, sausage, poached egg, cheese, and maple syrup; and prime rib French dip with sliced prime rib, caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, horseradish cream, herb au jus, and fries.

Galentine’s Day brunch can be paired with bottomless rosé, priced at $25, mimosas, or bloody marys. A live DJ will be playing to keep the energy flowing throughout the day.
