Bel-Aire Lounge Welcomes Back Champagne Party Brunch 11/15

Bel-Aire Lounge, the chic spot for social gatherings at Durango Casino & Resort, is bringing back its celebrated Champagne Party Brunch from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15.

With flowing bubbles, vibrant beats, and Bel-Aire’s signature blend of sophistication and revelry, Vegas’ favorite mid-morning tradition is one of the most anticipated weekend gatherings. Reservations can be made online on their website.

The monthly brunch will redefine weekend indulgence with elevated takes on brunch classics and plenty of bubbles to match, with an open champagne bar for ladies from noon to 1 p.m. Other highlights include:

  • Berry French toast bites, pillowy bites of French toast filled with Bavarian cream and fresh berries, drizzled with maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar, priced at $20
  • Avocado bruschetta, toasted baguettes topped with avocado mousse, slices of avocado, cherry tomato rings, pickled shallots, sea salt, and red pepper flakes, available for $22
  • Mini lobster rolls, buttery toasted Hawaiian rolls stuffed with warm, Old Bay butter-poached lobster, topped with crisp lettuce, and garnished with chives, priced at $25

New to the lineup are:

  • Poke tacos with ahi tuna, cucumber cubes, red onions, poke dressing, spicy avocado aioli, and micro shiso in a wonton taco shell, priced at $25
  • Chicken and waffles, cubed Belgian waffles topped with chicken tenders, with syrup and powdered sugar, available for $23
  • Mini parfait cups, with granola, Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and honey, priced at $18
  • Breakfast burrito, filled with scrambled eggs, chorizo, fajita peppers, a cheese blend, roasted salsa, ketchup, and tater tots wrapped in a warm flour tortilla, also available for $23

As no Las Vegas brunch is complete without bottomless drinks, Bel-Aire’s brunch will deliver:

  • Bottomless Chambord mimosas, available for $25
  • For larger parties or those looking to toast in style, the lounge will also offer bottle deals on select bubbles, including a one-and-a-half-liter bottle of Whispering Angel Rosé from Chateau d’Esclans, priced at $150
  • Or two bottles of Nectar Impérial Rosé from Moët & Chandon, priced at $400
