ONE Steakhouse, from brothers and acclaimed restaurateurs Michael Morton and David Morton and located at the exhilarating Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, has introduced an upscale happy hour for wine lovers.
Available from 5-7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, the offer features half-off glasses of sommelier selections in addition to a seafood tasting.
The promotion is available exclusively at the bar and features hand-selected wines chosen by Anthony Ramirez, wine director at ONE Steakhouse. Using his expertise as a certified sommelier, Ramirez has crafted a rotating list of wines, including high-end labels such as Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon. Additionally, a petite shellfish platter, featuring a premium selection of shrimp, oysters, and crab, will be available, priced at $25. The offer is exclusive to guests sitting at the bar, which is situated in the striking lounge under a canopy of scintillating lights – a chandelier made of 3,500 individual handcrafted pieces of glass vibrantly lit by LED lights.
ONE Steakhouse is open daily at 5 p.m. and can be found just steps away from the hotel’s valet on Harmon Avenue.
Reservations may be made by calling 702-522-8111 or visiting their website.
About ONE Steakhouse
Spanning two stories and nearly 9,000 square feet, ONE Steakhouse is found within the exciting new Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton™, at 4455 Paradise Rd. ONE Steakhouse is the second collaboration for brothers and acclaimed restaurateurs Michael Morton and David Morton, fourth-generation restaurateurs following in the footsteps of their legendary father, Arnie Morton, and grandfather, Morton C. Morton.
Executive Chef Patrick Munster brings his talents to preparing steaks to perfection at ONE Steakhouse, where favorites include reimagined surf and turf selections; mouthwatering Japanese Satsuma Wagyu; baked short rib rigatoni, made with whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce, and basil; and citrus-cured Hamachi topped with sweety drop pepper puree and jalapeño. Munster’s signature “Tomahawk Feast” is a dry-aged, 16-lb USDA prime tomahawk steak, carved tableside for 10-12 people. Each space within the stunning, two-story restaurant and lounge delivers a distinctive, eye-catching environment.
Michael is behind top Vegas restaurants such as La Cave at Wynn and CRUSH at MGM, as well as is the co-founder of N9NE Steakhouse – arguably the hottest scene in Vegas for over a decade. David’s portfolio of restaurants includes The Exchange and Marshall’s Landing in Chicago and Assembly in Washington, D.C.
