The LINQ Las Vegas Hosts Hiring Fair to Fill More Than 550 Open Positions

Does a new job or career fit into your New Year’s resolution? Then the folks at The LINQ want to see you at the Flamingo Las Vegas, January 18th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Several of the tenants at The LINQ and The LINQ are looking for more than 550 positive, upbeat professionals in the hospitality industry to help them make The LINQ one of the best spots to visit on the Strip.

Caesars Entertainment’s $550 million The LINQ is already hiring and will create 1,500 additional jobs in Las Vegas. The LINQ is an entertainment, dining and retail district, which includes the observation wheel, Las Vegas High Roller.

At the job fair in the Sunset Ballroom at the Flamingo, employment opportunities for The LINQ, the High Roller, several of The LINQ’s venues and neighboring Caesars Entertainment developments will be highlighted when hiring managers meet with prospective candidates, conduct interviews and extend job offers. In addition to positions for The LINQ and High Roller, representatives from LINQ locations such as Sprinkles Cupcakes & Ice Cream, Flour & Barley, Polaroid Fotobar and more will at the fair to meet with prospective candidates.

Interviews will take place for a variety of roles including High Roller ambassadors, LINQ concierge ambassadors, sales positions, bartenders, servers, hosts, security officers and many more food and beverage roles. There are also several management positions available.

“We are looking for people who have a great attitude, friendly smiles and who will enjoy being part of a team that’s creating history in Las Vegas,” said Jon Gray, vice president and general manager of The LINQ. “Many of our tenants are new operators in Las Vegas and they are excited to hire great talent right here in our city.”

In addition to The LINQ and the High Roller, Caesars Entertainments’ exciting new Strip developments including a new boutique hotel and several new restaurants with outlets by celebrity chefs Giada De Laurentiis and Guy Fieri will create more than 3,000 new job opportunities in Las Vegas in 2014. Representatives from Guy Fieri’s restaurant and the new boutique hotel will also be present at the job fair to meet with candidates.

The hiring doesn’t just begin on Jan. 18; new opportunities are already posted online at caesarsjobs.com from entry-level operations to management roles. Applicants interested in attending the job fair must apply online in advance of the job fair to schedule an interview.

Applicants should bring at least three copies of their resume and come dressed in business professional attire. Applicants should also be aware that parking at the Flamingo is limited and should park at the Quad Resort & Casino.

As Caesars Entertainment seeks to meet the demand for additional employees at these new developments, those hired may take advantage of excellent pay and benefits, opportunities for advancement and exciting careers at the most exciting new projects in the city.
