The former Executive Chef from Woodstock, IL, Scott Commings made a name for himself on season 12 as “The Biggest Comeback Chef in the history of ‘Hell’s Kitchen’,” by taking bold risks and out-competing the other 19 chefs. Scott Commings will bring his leadership and that determination with him in his new role as he joins the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Francois Payard, Guy Savoy and the other notable culinary heavyweights under the Caesars Palace roof.

Scott Commings will also be at the forefront of the new Hell’s Kitchen Happy Hour, which is offered Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the pub area of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. Happy hour offerings include $5 13oz draft beers, with a $2 upgrade for a 20oz pint, $5 draft wines, and $5 pub snacks, which include house-made pretzels, Devils on Horseback, truffle chips and Deviled Eggs.

After enjoying Hell’s Kitchen Happy Hour, guests can tune into the premiere of “Hell’s Kitchen” season 13 on Sept. 10 at 8 p.m./7 p.m. CT at Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill, the official Las Vegas “Hell’s Kitchen” weekly viewing location.

“Hell’s Kitchen” fans can also indulge in two additional exclusive dining experiences at Gordon Ramsay’s other Las Vegas restaurants. Award-winning Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas offers the Hell’s Kitchen Limited Edition Tasting Menu, a special five-course prix-fixe menu that gives guests the first opportunity to see and taste flawless creations prepared on the show. Gordon Ramsay BurGR at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino not only showcases the Hell’s Kitchen Burger, topped with Asadero cheese, roasted jalapeño peppers, avocado and oven roasted tomato, but is also home to season 10 “Hell’s Kitchen” winner and current Executive Chef, Christina Wilson.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace made history on the famed Las Vegas Strip when Ramsay opened Pub & Grill and Gordon Ramsay’s BurGR at Planet Hollywood in December 2012, making him the first chef to open two restaurants within one week. The 290-seat restaurant offers the U.K. chef’s take on an authentic English pub experience – a lively and friendly setting, featuring elevated British pub food, 24 beers served on tap and 63 bottled beers, including a selection of large format varieties.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is open Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. To make reservations, please call (702) 731-7410.
