Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas children checked out World Series Champion San Francisco Giants pitcher Sergio Romo’s beard today to see if it’s real. He is known for his unique beard and the term ‘Fear The Beard’ became widespread during the World Series last November when San Francisco won the title.
The kids all posed with fake beards when taking a photo with Sergio as well.
Sergio Romo visited with the children in ‘The Lounge’ at The Palms Casino Resort today where the kids were treated to Hots dogs, Popcorn and Cotton Candy. There was also a one on one meet-n-greet with the champion, who gave them each a signed baseball to take home.
