About Dollar Loan Center
“The Dollar Loan Center is designed as a world-class multi-purpose venue that will not only be the home of the Henderson Silver Knights and the Southern Nevada Hall of Fame, it will also host a variety of events and programming that will create memorable, positive experiences for our fans and their families,” – Vegas Golden Knights Chairman and CEO Bill Foley
The facility is a 6,000 fixed-seat arena that replaced the 6,500-seat Henderson Pavilion located just south of the 215 Beltway on the east side of So. Green Valley Parkway. Just as the Las Vegas Ballpark enhanced Downtown Summerlin for neighboring residents, the Dollar Loan Center expands the vibrancy of The District, one of Henderson’s key dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations.
This convenient location, accessible from all regions of Henderson and the valley via the Beltway, complements the already robust retail offerings at The District at Green Valley Ranch, which includes Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino.
The benefits of an enclosed venue replacing the outdoor Henderson Pavilion cannot be overstated. Resident, fan, player, and performer experiences will all be greatly improved with reduced noise, the comfort of air conditioning and heating, the latest in comfort seating that won’t degrade in the outdoor elements, more restroom facilities, and the ability to serve higher quality and expanded food and beverage offerings within a controlled environment. Welcome to the neighborhood, indeed.
Other planned improvements to the area include an outdoor plaza and park space, pedestrian and trail improvements in the immediate area, and improved and enhanced perimeter landscapes to further the appeal of Green Valley Parkway and Paseo Verde Parkway–an area of Henderson well known for its signature beauty.
The Dollar Loan Center is designed to accommodate approximately 6,000 people, less than one-third the capacity of T-Mobile Arena. Its physical footprint will be very close in size to the footprint of the existing Pavilion and will not impede access to other community facilities in the immediate area, including the Paseo Verde Library, the Henderson Multigenerational Center, and the nearby West Henderson Police Station.
