Outback Steakhouse Honors Veterans on November 11th
Outback Steakhouse is proud to serve those who serve our country this Veterans Day. On Nov. 11, Outback Steakhouse is honoring all active and retired military personnel with a free Bloomin’ Onion and a Beverage.
Plus, to show continued support, Outback is offering all Military Mates, including active or retired military personnel and their families, 15% off their entire check from Nov. 12 through Dec. 31 with a valid ID at participating restaurants.
“Words can’t express enough gratitude for all that our service members do and the sacrifices their families make,” said Jeff Smith, President, Outback Steakhouse. “Whether they are currently active or have served in the past, this is our way to let them know how thankful we are.”
Outback Steakhouse has a rich history of supporting military service families going back more than 20 years, including feeding troops actively serving abroad and feeding heroes as they returned home. Outback has also donated more than $2 million supporting military families as service members transitioned out of active duty by providing food assistance, auto and home repair, vision care, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items and financial assistance. This year, Outback proudly launched a new partnership with Folds of Honor, which helps to fund educational scholarships and assistance to family members of military heroes.
The free Bloomin’ Onion and a Beverage offer, which includes any Coca-Cola beverage, is perfect to pair with Outback’s signature steaks including the Outback Special® sirloin, Victoria’s Filet® Mignon or New York Strip. Plus, for a limited time, guests can enjoy Outback’s Steak and Lobster menu, including Old Bay Butter and Classic Steamed Lobster — back by popular demand.
