Lillian Hargrove Award-Winning Mixologist at RHUMBAR
RHUMBAR, located at the The Mirage Hotel & Casino, welcomes Lillian Hargrove to its team as lead bartender and award-winning mixologist.
Recently named Campari’s “Best Aperitivo” Las Vegas Champion, Hargrove brings years of mixology experience to RHUMBAR’s cocktail lounge. Through her expertise, Hargrove ensures that each beverage she concocts has a special flair that is reflective of RHUMBAR’s signature libations.
“RHUMBAR is known for creating a ‘wow factor’ with its cocktails,” says Hargrove. “My goal is to take that to the next level, where every sip is one our guests will savor.”
Already at the top of her game, Hargrove has concocted fresh new cocktails for the popular Strip-side bar to complement the World Cup viewing parties held at RHUMBAR. The all new Lemon Basil Caipirinha, which is a mixture of Leblon Cachaca, rich basil syrup and juicy lemon wedges, is a light and refreshing option to beat the Las Vegas heat. For the spirit-forward drinker craving a touch of sweetness, the Guiana Negroni is an invigorating combination of Leblon Cachaca, Cedilla, French Noilly Prat Extra Dry and a lemon twist.
When Hargrove isn’t “geeking out” over new cocktail creations, she is busy helping manage the staff at RHUMBAR and working to perfect the flavor and consistency of each and every libation.
