Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro
- On Christmas Day, Spiedini will celebrate with a three-Course Dinner served from 5-9 p.m.; $65 per person plus tax. A limited regular menu will be available.
- Appetizer Course (choice of):
- Roman Stracciatella Soup – pastina, Parmesano Reggiano
- Pasta Ca’Muddica Bucatini – Calabrian chile, anchovies, golden raisins, toasted breadcrumbs
- Chilled Insalata de Mare – bay scallops, calamari, mussels, shrimp, limoncello dressing
- Entrees (choice of):
- Turkey Scallopini – green beans, sundried tomato Italian sausage stuffing, cranberry relish

- Miso Glazed Black Cod – sweet potato puree, white and green asparagus, grilled lemon
- Lobster Bisque En Croute – cognac, cream, chive
- Winter Greens Salad – tender butter lettuce, arugula, grilled pears, sunflower seeds, brûlée honey vinaigrette

NEW YEAR’S EVE FESTIVITIES
The property will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a casino floor bash, special menus, and more to keep you celebrating close to home this year!
Hollywood glam comes to Vegas! A red carpet entrance will greet guests as they enter with a Hollywood-esque backdrop for photos. DJ Premonition will provide entertainment in the Round Bar from 6-9 p.m. before Cool Change takes over at 9 p.m. to welcome the New Year with danceable grooves. Don’t be surprised if you spot Marilyn, Elvis, and other Hollywood icons roaming the casino floor! To toast to 2023, all casino guests will receive a complimentary glass of champagne at midnight.
