Insomniac announced details for this year’s food offerings at the eagerly awaited Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), Las Vegas, returning to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway June 19-21, 2015.

Brand new, diverse food trucks will scatter the festival grounds as The Terrace at kinecticFIELD, the festival’s trendy new restaurant, will make its debut to VIP and Marquee SkyDeck ticketholders. Returning to this year’s VIP experience is the VIP Café Terrace, a casual, fine-dining option for the fan on the go. With a new menu created by celebrity chef Keven Lee and an amazing variety of dining options, delicious eats await every attendee’s taste buds.

“At this year’s EDC Las Vegas, we are offering a better and larger variety of culinary options than ever before,” said Pasquale Rotella, Founder and CEO of Insomniac. “From a three-course, fine dining experience at The Terrace to gourmet food trucks with healthy options, there is something for every festivalgoer.”

Fan-favorite Las Vegas food trucks will set up shop across the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, providing attendees with a selection of unique and health-conscious gourmet menus. Exclusive food trucks will also be placed in VIP areas at cosmicMEADOW and circuitGROUNDS for the first time, allowing for quicker VIP access to a wide assortment of dining options. New food trucks at EDC Las Vegas include the organic 50 Shades of Green, gourmet burgers from Baby’s BadAss Burgers, seafood fare from Cousins Maine Lobster and the Tex-Mex inspired Senor Blues. Fans can also enjoy healthy yogurt parfaits from Bowl of Heaven, frozen drinks at Longshot Coffee, delectable rice bowls from Angel’s Fried Rice and many more.

The debut of The Terrace restaurant offers a seated, high-end dining experience with a gorgeous view of North America’s largest stage, kineticFIELD. Hollywood’s culinary mastermind Chef Keven Lee has returned to helm of EDC kitchens once again, creating a new multi-course dinner menu with the likes of Hypnotic Tacos, Massive Attack Wagyu Style and The Kale and Quinoa Charge. Each dish seamlessly infuses the energy and artistic design of EDC Las Vegas into its flavor and presentation. Guests are also invited to start the celebration early or stay and watch the sunrise at The Terrace’s full-service bar, featuring festival-inspired Smirnoff cocktails. Reservations for seated dinners are available with two-hour time slots from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. The entire delicious menu as well as available reservations can be viewed and booked online prior to the festival. Guests must have a VIP or Marquee SkyDeck wristband to visit The Terrace.

For VIP ticketholders looking to enjoy a quick and casual bite to eat, the VIP Café Terrace offers a three-day package that includes one freshly prepared meal per day. Here, festivalgoers can feast upon specially crafted dishes such as Ironed Grilled Cheese, Step and Wok Noodle Bowl, LOADED Wonton Nachos, Spicy Tuna Electro Roll, “The Morning After” Chicken and Waffles, and Dizzy Cloud Tacos. The VIP Café Terrace opens its doors from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night and complimentary passed appetizers will be served from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Fans must have a VIP or Marquee SkyDeck wristband to enjoy this amenity. No reservations are necessary and tables and seating are first come, first serve. Passes for the VIP Café Terrace can be purchased in advance online or during the festival at the host stand.
