HEXX Celebrates Valentine's Day with a Three-Course Prix Fixe Menu

HEXX, located in Paris Las Vegas, will serve a three-course prix fixe menu for two available exclusively on Tuesday, February 14th, Valentine’s Day.

The meal will begin with Hearts of Palm salad. The main course is a prime filet mignon with butter poached prawns, accompanied by freekah risotto and roasted Brussels sprouts. The meal will conclude with HEXX’s chocolate mousse featuring single-origin Tanzania chocolate mousse, housemade peanut butter crème, sweet and spicy peanuts and Concord grape gelee.

HEXX’s Valentine’s Day menu will be priced at $85 per person. HEXX Chocolate + Confexxions, located adjacent to HEXX Kitchen + Bar, will offer chocolate and wine gift baskets including a bottle of Summers Andriana’s Cuvee Cabernet Sauvignon (Sonoma-Napa-Lake). Each basket will also include five 2.12-ounce dark bars and five 2.12-ounce milk bars. The gift basket is priced at $94.95.
