Giada De Laurentiis Introduces GIADA’s New Lunch Menu
Emmy Award-winning celebrity chef and New York Times best-selling author Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA. It has received rave reviews since first opening in June, and now the popular restaurant is proud to introduce lunch beginning on July 16, 2014 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

As a special thank you to the local Las Vegas community for welcoming GIADA, the restaurant will offer a special locals preview from July 16 to August 1 for locals to be the first to experience the new lunch menu. GIADA’s lunch menu will offer De Laurentiis’ signature Italian cooking with vibrant Californian influences infused into classic lunch offerings such as salads with a twist, sandwiches with vibrant and fresh ingredients, as well as a select variety of pizzas and antipasti, which are found on the dinner menu as well.

Giada Pamela De Laurentiis is an Italian-born American chef, writer, television personality, and the host of the current Food Network television program Giada at Home. She also appears regularly as a contributor and guest co-host on NBC’s Today. De Laurentiis is the founder of the catering business GDL Foods. She is a winner of the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lifestyle Host, and in 2012 was inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame. – Wikipedia

GIADA is open daily from 11:30- 3 p.m. for lunch and 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday for dinner.
