Fall Out Boy Photos at Boulevard Pool Inside Cosmopolitan
Friday, Aug. 15, pop punk band Fall Out Boy took over the mophie stage at Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
Special guest New Politics opened the show, which was emceed by comedian Jim Florentine, with their unique blend of punk, pop and dance rock. Next, Fall Out Boy emerged onto the mophie stage filling Boulevard Pool with their melody-drenched tunes and deep-feeling choruses. The Chicago-based group treated fans to a set mixing their classic songs, such as “This Ain’t A Scene, It’s An Arms Race” and “Sugar, We’re Goin Down,” with hits from their newest album Save Rock and Roll, including “Young Volcanoes” and “My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark.”
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas features artists at the forefront of the touring world and emerging artists that will inspire the next musical movements coupled with spectacularly-designed, technology-driven venues. Perched high above The Las Vegas Strip, Boulevard Pool is a multilevel pool experience by day and an intimate outdoor concert venue with unobstructed sightlines of both the stage and The Strip by night.

Fall Out Boy
Following a self-released demo in 2001, Fall Out Boy’s popularity expanded with their break-out album, From Under the Cork Tree. The band split briefly in the late-2000s but reunited in February 2013 to release Save Rock & Roll and perform on an accompanying tour. The band has toured extensively, supporting their albums with international tours, arena shows, Total Request Live visits, late-night television gigs and award show performances.
