Michael and Jenna Morton’s CRUSH, located inside MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will offer celebratory New Year’s Eve menus with decadent dishes and wine pairings on Monday, Dec. 31.
The New Year’s Eve dinners, including beef wellington and sea bass, will be prepared by Corporate Executive Chef William Demarco.
CRUSH will serve an 8-ounce beef wellington, prepared with Gouda, creamed spinach and shaved truffle reduction, priced at $56. A recommended pairing for the dish is Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, priced at $24 by the glass. The featured champagne for the evening will be Beau Joie, priced at $25 by the glass or $89 by the bottle.
New Year’s Eve dinner reservations at CRUSH are available from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., and can be arranged now by calling 702-891-3222 or on the website.
