Le Rêve at Wynn Las Vegas gets its name from a 1932 Pablo Picasso painting depicting a woman, who is said to be his mistress at the time, sleeping in a chair. However, the painting is called the dream because it represents Picasso’s dream image of the woman instead of the other way around. Hotel mogul, Steve Wynn, owns the original painting and hand-picked the name for the show based on his beloved piece of art.
